So after pushing myself this Saturday at the Kumquat Run. Then did Kickboxing yesterday running was hard today. I took a deep breath and got through it and still beat my time! I am impressing myself more and more everyday!!!
So I need a little help from all my peeps! I have the exercise part of my life down. Yes I have lost 47lbs. I would like to lose 25lbs more! I just can not get the whole food thing right. No matter what I do I can't seem to lose anymore weight. I use MyFitness pal and track my food and exercise. I just need to get the food part down better!
I need some tips from you guys on what to eat, what diet to be on.. Please help! I would like to get some ideas from you guys!!
This is what I eat for breakfast every morning. Special K cereal with fat free milk! Lunch is normally a sandwich or a frozen meal. Dinner is usually another bowl of cereal or something low carb!!! So as you can see I need a lot of help in this category. All feedback is welcomed! XOXO
