I took everyone's advise and ate more and switched up my exercises! I am running 4 days a week, Zumba on Wednesday's and light weights everyday of the week!
Must be doing something right I have LOST 3 more pounds!
I am excited tonight because we are running the pub run! Haven't ran in a couple of weeks! I do not run well in the could with my asthma!
I have to remember " it's not how fast you do it at least you are doing it"!!!!
