Hiding The Scale 😬😬😬

Today I was reading another great blog by someone I know. She said that if anyone ever tells you to weigh yourself everyday then run away from that person really fast! So then I decided to ask the question " how often do you weigh yourself" I wanted to ask her this because she is a personal trainer. This is the response I got. " If your clothes are fitting just right or getting bigger on you then there is no need to weigh yourself" but if you have to weigh yourself then once a week at the most.

So I am going to try this I am going to hide my scale! I am obsessed with weighing myself everyday!! I also read that if you weigh yourself everyday and the number doesn't go down you are more than likely to get discouraged and stop your weight loss journey!!!

My question is for you, when you are dieting and exercising do you weigh yourself everyday? Do you get discouraged from it or does it make you work harder!!!

  1. Yeah. I have found that not weighing myself has made the biggest difference. Because of the fact you see yourself everyday it is hard to see yourself lose weight. That being said my best motivation has been other peoples compliments asking if im losing more and more weight and normally I'm like you tell me. haha. keep it up Bev. I have the utmost respect for you and anyone who is strong enough to do this. I know how hard it is. - Jordan

  2. I just had Sam take our scale to his office. I've started making some changes too and I don't want to be obsessing about the number on the scale.
