This blog will be about me Running and getting my life back on track. I started running 6 months ago and love every minute of it. I have lost 47lbs so far. I run a 5k every Thursday at Wiregrass Mall if anyone would like to join me?? I have completed 5 5k races and one extremely FUN mud race... 6) BECOME A BETTER FRIEND
7) LEARN WORK IS WORK ( DO NOT LET WORK INTERFERE WITH FAMILY TIME) IT IS JUST A JOB
8) NOT TO GET TOO STRESSED OUT!!!! ( TAKE DEEP BREATHS)
